The conference will take place in Warsaw, Poland, at the Engineering Design Center, a partnership of General Electric and the Institute of Aviation, one of Europe’s largest engineering institutions.
Since its inception, the Institute of Aviation has engaged in applied research in aeronautics and astronautics, achieving significant resultsin the operation of aircraft, helicopters, meteorological rockets, engines and instrumentation. At present, the Institute of Aviation continues expanding its areas of research, to include CAD, new materials testing, adaptation systems, micro-/nanotechnology, alternative energy sources, application of aviation technologies to medicine and health protection and local transport. Poland’s membership in the European Union has created major opportunities for cooperation in all of these areas. The Institute of Aviation has joined the European research area most successfully and looks forward to working with you.
